RRB Group D Exam Pattern 2025

The Computer-Based Test (CBT-1) will be the first stage of the selection process. Candidates will be shortlisted for the PET and Document Verification based on their performance in this exam.

RRB Group D PET (Physical Efficiency Test)

Candidates who qualify in CBT will be called for the PET. This stage is qualifying in nature.

PET Criteria:

For Male Candidates:

  • Lift and carry a 35 kg weight for 100 metres in 2 minutes without putting it down.

  • Run 1000 metres in 4 min 15 sec in one chance.

For Female Candidates:

  • Lift and carry a 20 kg weight for 100 metres in 2 minutes without putting it down.

  • Run 1000 metres in 5 min 40 sec in one chance.


RRB Group D Document Verification & Medical

  • Candidates shortlisted after CBT & PET will be called for Document Verification (DV).

  • A medical fitness test will also be conducted in accordance with railway standards.
