Psychometric Test: SBI has introduced a new Psychometric Test in Phase III to assess candidates' personality profiling.

Interview and Group Discussion:

  • Group Exercise: 20 Marks

  • Interview: 30 Marks

  • Total: 50 Marks

New Change: The Psychometric Test is not scoring but will play a crucial role in the selection process.


SBI PO 2025 Salary and Benefits

Updated Basic Pay: The starting basic salary for SBI PO is ₹48,480/- (with 4 advance increments).

Annual CTC: Can go up to ₹17-18 lakh per annum, depending on location and allowances.
