The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has officially released the SSC CGL Tier 1 Re-Exam Admit Card 2025 on 10th October 2025 at ssc.gov.in.

This re-exam is being held for over 55,000 candidates whose earlier Tier 1 exams (between 12th to 26th September 2025) were cancelled due to technical or administrative issues. The SSC CGL Re-Exam will now take place on 14th October 2025 in three shifts across multiple cities in India.

If your exam was cancelled earlier, you must download the fresh admit card to appear for this re-test.

Important: Candidates must report at least 90 minutes before their shift time. Late entries will not be allowed under any circumstances.

Steps to Download SSC CGL Admit Card 2025

1. Visit the official SSC website — www.ssc.gov.in.

2. On the homepage, click on “Admit Card – CGL Tier 1 2025 (Re-Exam)”.

3. Select your region (e.g. Northern, Southern, Western, etc.).

4. Click on the Download Admit Card / Application Status link.

5. Enter your Registration ID and Date of Birth/Password.

6. Check your exam city, date, and shift timing carefully.

7. Download and print a clear copy of your hall ticket.

Tip: Keep 2–3 printouts of your admit card and a digital copy saved on your phone/email.

Documents to Carry on Exam Day

Candidates must bring the following documents to the exam centre:

• Printed copy of the fresh SSC CGL Admit Card (Re-Exam).

• Original Photo ID proof (Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, Voter ID, Passport, etc.).

• Two passport-size photos (preferably the same as used in the application).

The SSC CGL Tier 1 exam held in September 2025 was cancelled at several centres due to technical glitches and administrative problems. The re-exam on 14th October will cover candidates from these cities:

SSC CGL Tier 1 Exam Pattern 2025 (For Re-Test Candidates)

The SSC CGL Tier 1 Exam is qualifying in nature and will be held in online (CBT) mode. There are 4 sections, each carrying 50 marks.

Note: 0.50 marks will be deducted for each wrong answer.

Important Instructions for SSC CGL Re-Exam 2025

• Carry only original photo ID and the latest admit card (older admit cards will not be valid).
• Arrive early to avoid last-minute rush at the centre.
• Do not bring mobile phones, smartwatches, or calculators.
