The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) conducts the Combined Graduate Level (CGL) Examination every year to recruit candidates for various Group B and C posts in ministries, departments, and organizations of the Government of India.

For SSC CGL 2025, the selection will be done through two stages – Tier 1 and Tier 2. The marks obtained in Tier 2 will be considered for final selection, while Tier 1 will be qualifying in nature.

• Paper I: Compulsory for all posts.

• Paper II: Only for candidates applying for Junior Statistical Officer (JSO).

SSC CGL Tier 1 Exam Pattern 2025

Tier 1 will be conducted online and is qualifying in nature. It consists of four sections:
